Our professional services are for both commercial and residential property where we cover Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. 

Some of the services we provide are Building Surveys (formally Structural Survey), RICS Homebuyer Surveys, Party Wall matters, CDM 2007 Coordinators and Architectural Design & Contract Administration.

We are Regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and are members of the Ombudsman Service for Property.
