We are looking for Surveyors who are client customer service focused, hardworking, courteous, thorough and with a high level of attention to detail and can work to reasonably set time scales.

We predominantly carry out private residential survey work but also have several commercial clients. We do not carry out high volume lender valuation services.

Our reports for residential work use the RICS Home Survey Report service and for our commercial work, we tailor our reports bespoke to each property.

We are looking for the following surveyors with these qualifications.

·       AssocRICS

·       MRICS

·       FRICS

Those that have the additional RICS VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) will be preferred but not essential as training will be given to attain this qualification.
